0.7-0.9mm sheet is ideal for small areas or those mainly covered by gutter.

For larger surfaces we would recommend a thicker gauge of material.

A general rule is the larger the area, the thicker the aluminium sheet should be.

This is to avoid 'oil canning' which is a warped appearance in the metal.

This option has a quicker turn around than any other, as it is pressed into shape on location.

We recommend 1mm aluminium fascia when the height and depth of the surface areas are too great for our pressed option.

1mm fascia and soffit is fabricated in a maximum of 3 meter lengths, which means joining strips are required.

The full order is powder coated in your chosen RAL at the same facility.

Lead times are 3-4 weeks from order.
