Warrick House is home to a number of businesses and is maintained by a property managment company on behalf of its' residents.

With the costs of access on buildings of this size, a seamless gutter system is a sensible option. It has minimal joins, which in turn reduces the likelyhood of future problems.

We were invited to install a 6 inch/152.8mm seamless aluminium gutter system to cope with the size of the roof. Fabricated aluminium swan necks were used to negotiate the angled, deep soffit and to keep the overall finish aesthecially pleasing.
